The shop was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the brake issue with my truck and did an excellent job getting it repaired. The employees were friendly, professional, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. Their pricing was transparent and fair, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. They’re one of the few shops I’d trust with my truck.

I recently became a new customer at AccuWrench in Clemmons, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how kind, informative, and customer-focused everyone was throughout the entire experience. I brought my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in before a major cross-country road trip because I wanted an honest assessment of what truly needed attention and what could reasonably wait. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs, they took the time to prioritize what was important for safety and reliability, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. I especially want to recognize Justin. He went far beyond what I expected from an auto repair shop. He actually sat with me in my vehicle, walked through my concerns one by one, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and answered every question with patience and professionalism. Even though it wasn't the news we wanted, we so appreciate the staff, especially Terry, for being honest with us. Considering the cost it would of taken for the repair, we decided to not bother getting it fixed and they completely understood. They did not try to push us into something that would not be worth it in the long run. Sometimes life just happens that way. They did an amazing job!! Randy and I was grateful for choosing Accu-Wrench.

I've never had a better, more professional experience in my life. Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating don't even BEGIN to cover AccuWrench staff, and maybe cliche but I seriously felt treated like family here! Our problem was check engine like on our work-horse SUV, and got recommended here to get a proper look. Not only did we get a thorough diagnostic, but the whole car got looked over for safety and maintenance; now, we got -zero- pressure to buy a part or service, just wise advice with a breakdown on prices, which we felt were actually within our means. I could praise the excellent customer service endlessly, from extra effort to keep us updated while using a rental car because we only have 1 car for the whole family, so I'll TL;DR for you: AccuWrench is THE shop we'll go to from now on for our car needs, because the staff and ownership are exceptional, exceeding our expectations and needs with a shout out to Darren! Darren was the easiest most honest man ever to work with. He kept me updated the entire time. I will be bringing my car there for anything and everything moving forward. I am so thankful I found this place! Everytime they answer the phone they are so friendly. Justin and Darren! Answered all of my questions and were so helpful!! Thank you!! Highly recommend!!!
